ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Benhar  a fitness enthusiast, strength trainer, and passionate advocate for a healthy lifestyle.

My fitness journey started with one simple goal: becoming the best version of myself through discipline, consistency, and hard work. For the past 1.5 years, I have followed a strict daily fitness routine that has completely transformed both my body and mindset.

Every day begins at 5:00 AM. After getting ready by 6:00 AM, I start my morning with a 16kilometer cycling session to build endurance, stamina, and mental strength. After cycling, I fuel my body with a pre-workout meal and head to the gym for 1.5 hours of intense strength training focused on muscle building and overall fitness.

Nutrition has also been a major part of my transformation. I make sure to provide my body with the protein and nutrients it needs to recover, grow, and perform at its best.

Through dedication and consistency, I have experienced incredible physical and mental changes during these years. Now, my mission is to inspire and help others achieve their own fitness goals by sharing my knowledge, experience, and practical training methods.

Fitness is not just about building muscles  it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a stronger lifestyle.
